This policy explains how VPNKX handles relevant data while providing cross-border access, international routes, and network acceleration subscriptions. VPNKX uses data only as needed for account management, subscription delivery, order verification, troubleshooting, and service maintenance. It does not use browsing content to build advertising profiles or sell it to data brokers.

Using this service means that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with these data practices, you should stop using the relevant account and subscription features. You may also submit a data deletion request as described below.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

When creating an account, you only need to set a username and password; no email address is required. VPNKX does not require a registration email or make an email address a condition for account creation. The username identifies the account, while the password is securely processed for authentication. You should keep your account credentials safe and avoid sharing them with others.

When purchasing or changing a subscription, the system stores order records needed for fulfillment, including the selected item, amount due, payment method, order status, and creation and processing times. This information is retained to confirm subscription delivery, verify payments, process refund requests, investigate duplicate orders, and respond to billing disputes.

When visiting marketing pages or the user panel, essential access analytics may be generated, such as pages visited on this site, referring pages, browser type, device category, language settings, and generalized network information. These data help identify page errors, assess feature compatibility, and improve content structure. They are not used to record external websites accessed through international routes.

Anonymous No-Logs and Connection Records

VPNKX follows an anonymous no-logs position. It does not record which websites you visit, what searches you submit, or which online applications you use, and it does not retain traffic details that could reconstruct browsing content. The service does not create an external website history linked to your identity.

During normal operation, connection logs that could reconstruct an individual network activity are not retained persistently. To complete authentication, limit abnormal requests, or address a specific fault, the system may generate short-lived operational records. These records contain only the information needed for the relevant task, do not include browsing content, and are cleared when the maintenance or troubleshooting purpose ends. Order status, account changes, and ticket content are service management records, not browsing logs.

Cookies and Local Storage

This site may use essential Cookies or browser local storage to maintain login status, save language choices, restore page settings, and reduce repeated actions. These storage items support functions actively requested by users and are not intended for cross-site advertising tracking. Disabling essential storage may prevent login status from being maintained, language preferences from being saved, or some panel features from working properly.

You can view or clear Cookies and local storage through your browser settings. After clearing them, login status and preferences already saved on the device may also disappear, but this will not automatically cancel an active subscription or delete server-side order records.

Third-Party Payment Processing

VPNKX supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment processing may be completed by the relevant payment channel or transaction processor, whose pages and systems handle the information needed for payment according to their own rules. VPNKX does not directly store complete payment credentials held by payment channels.

To confirm payment results and deliver subscriptions, VPNKX receives and retains necessary transaction status, order identifiers, payment method, and amount information. Third-party payment channels are responsible for processing the data they independently collect. Before making a payment, you should also read the privacy notice and usage rules provided by that channel.

Data Retention, Access, and Deletion

Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order records are retained for subscription fulfillment, refund processing, billing verification, and necessary dispute handling. Access analytics are used only as needed to analyze page performance and fix errors. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, it will be deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.

You can log in to the user panel and use the ticket center to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. To prevent unauthorized requests, we may need to verify your username, order information, or other verifiable records in the account before processing the request. After account data is deleted, subscription delivery, historical order lookup, and ticket tracking may no longer be available. Records that must be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding dispute will be cleared after the relevant purpose ends.

Policy Updates and Scope

This policy applies to VPNKX marketing pages, the user panel, and subscription features provided directly by this service. It does not apply to external websites, third-party applications, or payment channels accessed by users. The data practices of external services are governed by their own policies.

When service processes, storage methods, or applicable rules change, VPNKX will update this page and revise the last-updated date at the top. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will be explained through visible notices on the site. Before continuing to use the updated service, you should review the relevant terms again. If you disagree with the changed practices, you may stop using the service and submit a data handling request through the user panel.
