Services and Scope

VPNKX provides subscription services covering 110+ countries / 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The services are intended to improve route selection and the network experience when accessing international websites. Actual connection performance may be affected by the user's location, network, device environment, target service policies, access time, and route status.

The route directory, client access methods, and available features may change in response to maintenance, security requirements, or changes to target platforms. Information shown on this site describes the current service scope and does not guarantee continued availability in a particular region, application, or connection environment. Users should complete any necessary verification in their actual environment and keep important business materials safely backed up.

Account and Subscription Rules

Creating an account does not require an email address; a username and password are enough. Users are responsible for setting and safeguarding their login credentials, as well as for subscriptions, payments, route usage, and settings actions made through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or an account shows unusual activity, users should change their password promptly and stop using untrusted devices.

An active subscription supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but account credentials and subscription access are for reasonable use by the account holder only. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer subscriptions, continuously share an account with unrelated third parties, or package the route resources as another paid service. The account holder is responsible for account risks and service interruptions caused by exposed credentials, resale, or abnormal sharing.

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; traffic resets monthly from the activation date, and the upgrade price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, and remain valid until used with no expiration. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment; the applicable scope and process are governed by the Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any regions involved while using the services, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and network platforms they access. The services may not be used to infringe others' lawful rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, commit fraud, send abusive content, or engage in other unlawful activities.

Users may not attempt to damage the service infrastructure, bypass account access controls, consume route resources in bulk, or send automated requests that could affect normal use by others. If user conduct leads to third-party claims, regulatory requirements, or risks to network resources, VPNKX may take necessary measures to protect the services and normal use by other users.

Availability and Liability

VPNKX maintains and adjusts routes according to operating conditions, but cross-border connections depend on multiple network environments. VPNKX cannot promise that the services will perform identically at all times across every region, device, carrier, or target platform. Planned maintenance, unexpected network failures, upstream resource changes, target service adjustments, incorrect device settings, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause connection instability or temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted by law, VPNKX is not liable for indirect losses caused by device failures, local network issues, incorrect configurations, exposed credentials, changes to third-party services, or improper use. Users should decide whether the services are suitable for their own use cases and prepare an alternative connection method and data backups before important operations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Account Termination and Changes

If an account involves subscription resale, abnormal sharing, interference with service operations, infringement of others' rights, violation of applicable laws and regulations, or a serious breach of these terms, VPNKX may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account based on the level of risk. Relevant facts and system records may be used to determine whether an account has violated the usage rules before or after such measures are taken.

Users may stop using the services; subscription fees already incurred and refund requests are handled under the separate Refund Policy. When these terms need to change because of service content, operational requirements, or applicable rules, the updated version will be published on this site with the latest update date. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not accept them should stop using the relevant services.
